According to google, trauma is described as a deeply distressing or disturbing experience. Trauma can be presented in many forms depending on the person's experience. A traumatic event can be the death of a loved one, separation of a loved one, sexual assault, domestic violence, homelessness, natural disaster, experiencing an illness, and so much more.
Many times when someone experiences a traumatic event, the person changes. Many traumatic events can lead an individual down a depressive path. Some people are able to bring themselves out of the traumatic event to live healthy lives, while others are stuck and do not know how to continue with life.
Regardless, of the trauma a person experiences, they deserve to heal. Aisya Carroll has designed a program to help individuals acknowledge the trauma in their lives, recognize how the trauma is affecting their lives, and help individuals cope effectively with the trauma in their lives. Aisya tried so many remedies out there to help escape her own past trauma, but was unsuccessful many times. Finally, she began an inner healing journey, which opened up her path to heal from her trauma. Aisya wants to share these experiences with the world, and help people feel hope again for the future.
